Well let me just tell you that you're wrong.I have nothing to gain by writing this but you do.What I mean by pe is simple; kegals,jelqs and stretches.No pumps, or horseblocks or ullies or whatever else some do.Hell I don't even know what those things are!No I don't spend 20-30 minutes at a time doing it either.I do either jelqs or stretches whenever I have a spare 2 or 3 minutes.It might add up to 20 minutes a day. I haven't timed it. Kegals you can do all day long whenever and wherever so they don't count.Let me tell you what a 53 year old guy has found in the about 8 weeks of doing these exercises resting on every fourth day.When a nocturnal erection was an occasional thing now I routinely get a couple a night.That didn't happen before. My erections don't just seem to be harder, they are as noticed by my wife. I must admit I noticed that too.I am noticably larger in length and girth by .5 inches with very accurate measurements.This is all with about 7-8 weeks worth of excercising.Since well all want a bigger dick,I'll keep working at it. Maybe I'll get more , maybe not, but the quality of what I have right now is just better.So be skeptical if you want but it does work, it's not too time consuming , and you will like the results. One word of caution. Results will take time. I feel thicker and bigger after a days rest so any of you who start this routine don't try to be mega man in 2 weeks.
