			<description>I have been using my PenisMaster Device for at least 30-60 minutes after my routine 3-4 times a week. Do you all think thats will contribute to some length/girth gains or is it too short of a time period to have it on?  
 
Also, how do I know what tension to have it at? I havent messed with it for...</description>

Also, how do I know what tension to have it at? I havent messed with it for the past 2 weeks since I started using it and i can feel the difference from then till now...it doesnt feel that &quot;tight&quot;. When should one increase the tension?<br />
