Hey you had a diagnosis or a solution to the mild testicular pain and said you were very interested in finding out what it the cause etc... Let me give you a quick rundown of what’s going on I have done just about everything but what you suggested. However today I got the diclofeniic sodium 75mg, and will try starting tonight.
About 4-5 years ago I got in a really bad car accident broke my hand4 or 5 places, and hit stopped traffic at about 75 lucky to be alive, to say the least air bag deployed etc... After that entire deal about a month went by, and then I started feeling like one of my testicals was raised or higher than the other, almost felt like I needed to push it back down as I could feel it when I walked... It was not too painful but I went to doctor they said where tight underwear not no support boxers as I still continue to wear. I can’t stand the feeling of bands or elastic... Nothing got better, granted I did not do the tight underwear. I went to the urologist that did his exam and said I had a slight prostate infection gave me some orange pills that were huge because he said the outside of prostate is like an orange peel, he did not go to much more into it, after the meds were done I still had same problem... it’s been almost 3-4 years off and on PAIN in 1 or the other testicles, and a constant dull ache when I have to defecate, soon as I do its better until I need to go again, so I have about 3-4 hour window pain free per day maybe...
Its driving me nuts, literally I’m 28 years old, I am in shape, when I work out I can feel my testicular move or twitch sometimes when I strain...I get a fast heartbeat feeling throb every once in a while and very rare ill get a SHARP pain, that last maybe 10 seconds. Scale of 1-10 like 7... Most of the time dull ache is just UN comfortable... I don’t know what to do next being no medical right now, and I don’t think after looking everywhere on the web that it’s a PROBLEM that is like cancer or anything, who knows I sure hope not. No lumps on visual inspection. My urine however has been cloudy, and at time has a foul odor, any help you can give me or work with me on will be greatly appreciated...

I am on adderall, will this be an issue or bad mix? Granted by bedtime I have taken my last adderall hours n hours before... thanks so much
