i have a question. Do u guys think jerking off during PE affects the progress, lets say on sunday i V-stretched and monday i jelqed, and tuesday i didnt exercise at all but i jerked off, does that count as not letting ur penis rest and i should not jerk off on the offday, also im thinkin not jerk off more then once a week while PEing, what is you guys oppinion ? ps, i know u cant jerkoff within hours of the exercises
