I'm 16, asian, 52kg. Asians have small penis, not so true. Though its common
measurements:
FL: slightly less tha n2.5inches.
FG: 1.5inches diameter, by doing the math , 22/7, about 2.9inch
I dont have ameasurign tape, well, at least not to be used to measure my penis.
EL: 4.5inch
EG: about 1.5inch diameter, so thats 4.7inch.
Routine: I dont have lube, i use baby soap, I know I shouldnt, but no choice , unless I do dry jelqs, but i read that its not recommended for beginners.
I used to cup my hands in such a way that during bath, I can kinda soak my pensi in warm-hot water for a while,thn proceed to jelqing. I do about 50times each hands, on a not so consistent basis.
Jsut now, I jsut started my first session from :A Beginners routine for NEWBIES.
I used a warm towel, though it sucks. so I didnt do 10minutes, jsut did untill I felt alil heat my my penis erected a little.
Did stretches, but about only 3times for the stretching with kegels, and helicopter just 2sets, before and after the kegels.
Not much time on my hands unfortunately.
Anyways, proceeded with jelqing, did 50times each hand.
GOALS: get my penis up to average length and girth, which is about 6inches long erected and 5inches girth erected.
Gotta question too, i've read that if we want to amsturbate, we should do it 5horus before or after P e sessions. Jsut wondering, would not ejaculating counts as masturbating? Also, would masturbating affect gains, lets say even after the 5hors we should wait before or after PE?
And for jelqing, is the 'palms up' and 'palms down' thing make a difference? cause palms down seems impossible for my hands to be in such position if taken literally. Any pictures to show it?

Jonpop, thx for the reply on the newbie routine, appreciated, i did some research about the suplements and i found new investigations with different results than years ago when you wrote it, suplements still work but they need to be divide during the day to have better results. I've actually been working on getting back into the enlargement process. I think I still had some natural growth in me. My Mid-G is 6in now and the base is around 6.75in. Not bad, eh?
