Jonpop, thx for the reply on the newbie routine, appreciated, i did some research about the suplements and i found new investigations with different results than years ago when you wrote it, suplements still work but they need to be divide during the day to have better results.

Also i reply to you o the newbie routine with another question, please help and you said to add the jelq device after the 6th week? your recommendation as where to buy it from and last but not least, i saw your article about the 3 part dry jelqs, good for girth which is what i need, do you have any videos or something that helps me understand them properly, i know i know, i wont do them until my newbie routine is done, is an advance exercie right?
