Are you training through full range?
If this was your first squat workout you will be sore.
You seem to be working into the bench after doing smith machine. Probably a good idea.
Free weight strength is more functional.
I do a squat fast if it is under 200 lbs. Im going to solicit a spooter one of these days.
Also less than three years ago i could not even lift 5 pounds. I was bedfas for a year. So to be able to do what i do is a absolute turn around. When i started going back to the gym i was still very sick and could not even lift 40 pounds on a bench press machine. So strength improvements are coming along nicely.
Be carefull with squats; I tend to get a rush of blood to the head and raise the weight too fast.
Free weights, especially DB ,should help make your strength more "functional",in the general sense of that often misused term.
Glad to here the arms are coming up, should help your proportions and strength. You have good chest- waist differential.
You are still using nearly all machines.
None machine would look like this.
Hyperextension
Bench (free weight)
squat
shoulder press(free weight)
chins
lying tricep
This is ok in some ways; if you do change to free weight, be carefull and progressive. You won't be as strong.
