Hi Mins just did a post to ideal male body. It was about proportions eg calf to thigh etc. Thought this might give members something achieveable to aim at if they training.

Is he doing any pe while away? Are you guys going to start a thread ,like 10 and BB when he gets back?
See you are online a fair amount, what else do you get up to?
