Hi Rob. I have a question for you. I was wondering if I do my daily PE routines at different times throughout my week will that affect my gains or workout consistency? I have been consistent with my routines so far but I've seemed to be do doing them at different times everyday. I dont know if its just me but that seems to be diminishing my efforts. It might just be in my head, but I figured its similar to body workouts. If I workout at a certain time throughout my week it seems to be benifiting my more. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
