Going to the gym shortly, going to give back squats a short rest. Going to give the front squats a run. Just reread my last pm to you; gee I am a whiney bitch. This hurts etc. Well around it, through or in spite of it going to have a good training year in 2009. Hope the same for you.

Hey UA might give the parallel squats, 8 on 1.5 times b/w, a run after I finish my current full squat cycle.
We came to the conclusion, that this is not really an average joe goal, as I remember. Have never done parallel squats so it will be something different.
