I got my JELQ on the 16th of October, 2002 and have been using it ever since, and I have to say that it has been much more effective than manual hand-jelqing. You don't have to squeeze hard to get good pressure, light-squeezing does it just fine.

The rollers are designed not to roll when you squeeze them, they are designed on a traction principle which prevents them from rolling so that you keep a constant and firm pressure when they are being used.

If you want girth quickly and easily it has proven extremely effective for me, I'm not sure about the length gains yet as I have yet to wait till the end of the month to measure.

"Hi, I just had the pleasure of reading Aaron Kemmer's book Exercising the Penis.

I'm just a beginner at PE, but I'm confident in saying that this is an absolute must read for anyone interested in penis exercise.

The myth-busting facts are in: Exercising the penis properly will make your penis, Bigger, Harder, & Healthier, and Aaron Kemmer spells it all out with maturity and a dash of appropriate humor. Whether you suffer from erectile dysfunction or other urological problems or just want to have a larger penis, this book will help you understand how penis exercising could help you.

The book is primarily an accessible practical manual which gives clear and responsible guidelines for designing your own individualized penis exercise program. The chapters are well organized and presented in a methodical and intelligent sequence. Photographs clearly demonstrate the many exercises that have been evolved by practiced penis builders. It stands as a desk encyclopedia and catalogue of additional web resources and will help the reader to connect with the growing PE community. There may be no substitute for watching videos of techniques online and discussing the intricacies of theory and careful practice with experienced penis exercisers, but this book will help you get off to a healthy start. There's a mantra woven into every page: Less is more. Be gentle and patient with your body. Hasty or impatient penis exercising which tries to force progress can damage your penis.

Though all of the information contained in this book can be found online, the contents are nowhere as systematically organized and condensed in any one place. The book will answer just about every question a penis exerciser might have and is a far more efficient means of getting started on a routine, than trying to do it from online sources. I only wish that I had a copy in hand when I began seriously considering PE several weeks ago.

Reading this book, even with the vast knowledge I previously acquired online, helped me to bring all of the concepts into better focus, and even to assess my own goals and routine with more confidence.

Whether you are an experienced penis exerciser or just beginning to consider a beginning routine, I believe this book is an absolute must.

It would be hard for me to point to any significant weaknesses in this book. Relative to its practical value it is light on physiological theory and scientific jargon. This is a great strength for anyone just looking for an exercise manual. It should still be of interest to urologists and other professionals as a testament to non-pharmaceutical remedies for various male urological ailments. Perhaps a companion volume could go into more theoretical and physiological discussion for professionals and PE geeks.

There were a few typos scattered throughout the text, but these did not detract from the volume's clarity and could be corrected in future editions.

I purchased the JELQ in October 2001, tried it for a bit but then went back to my traditional routine of regular hand jelqing, stretching and occasional pumping.

In the last month, I decided to give the JELQ another shot, gave myself the time to experiment with it and now I consider it "my new best friend".

There is a learning curve to this device, so my suggestions are:

Start off with a very light touch when using it. I can begin in the flaccid state and with a light and flexible touch begin JELQ gripping from the base and pulling up (not rolling up) the shaft until beneath the head.

As I begin to get harder, I gradually increase the intensity of my grip on the power jelq. Remember, that the feeling should be one that's firm but comfortable. Don't get too aggressive and squeeze the JELQ too
intensely.

Keep your grip flexible, i.e. as you slide the JELQ up your shaft allow your grip to relax or increase depending on the pull that you're getting.

As you slide back down to the base, ease up on the grip and begin again.

Experiment and vary the speed of your Power-Jelqing. At the beginning, I jelq a bit faster and, then as I become more erect and thick, I slow down my pace.

As my erection nears about 90%, I concentrate my grip and pull near
the lower 2-3 inches of the base of my shaft, using a technique that's more like a squeeze/slide up and hold .

I use the JELQ for about 20-30 minutes twice a day, or as time permits. There is little, if any, wear and tear on the hands/grip, as there typically is doing a regular hand jelq for a lengthy period of time.

I have recently been getting incredible girth gains from these techniques and the use of the JELQ. Just practice and experiment with the device, and I think you'll be quite pleased with its effectiveness.

A brief summary of my PE history is as follows:

1. PE'ing seriously for about one year (January 2001).

2. First techniques were regular stretching and hand jelqing and occasional ball pumping with a 2-inch tube (quite effective to create a larger and hanging ball sack). Of course, do some warm wraps as needed.

3. Current techniques are stretching (left, right and down) using a relaxed

stretch and steady pull (no kegels during this move) for 15-20 minutes minimum per day, use the JELQ for 20-30 mins/twice a day and occasional ball pumping to balance out the look of my ballsac against my larger dick.

4. I have never done any hanging.

Starting statistics were (Jan. 2001):

5.25 inches erect bone-pressed, 4.75 inches erect girth (midshaft) and 5.0 inches erect girth (base), 1.5 - 2.0 inches flaccid (pitiful) and 3.0 inches or so flaccid girth

Current statistics are (Feb. 2002):

7.25 inches erect bone-pressed, 5.75 inches erect girth (midshaft) and
6.5 inches erect girth (base)

4.5 - 6.0 inches flaccid (big improvement) and 5.0 inches flaccid girth

(Finally, I feel like I can actually call myself "hung" now)

Obviously, I am now a true believer in PE. Like many others, I was skeptical when I first started and began using techniques and information extracted from great boards such as these and the current peforum.net and the old ezboard forum.

I am hooked for life, and my current goal is to reach 8.0 inches erect bp x 6.5 inches erect (midshaft). I'm patient and will work methodically and work smart until I succeed.

But, I think you'll be happy with the power jelq (definitely saves on time and effort with increased and faster results) . I would say that my recent quick girth increase of .5 inch in the last month was due to the JELQ.

Thanks very much for your promptness. I received the PJ device three days ago and have had a chance to use it twice, once the first evening and again this morning.

It is too early to say whether I will gain with it, but my impression is that it's going to work for me. This is based on the feeling I get while using it, and the flaccid length and girth appearance for several hours afterwards.

I have been PEing for about two years with about a 1" length x 1/2" girth gain, but recent gains have been slow. I used the Grip system for about a year with some gain in length, and then TRAC-MAN for about 6 months and, most recently, manual jelqing and stretching for about 6 months. I got a small gain from each.

I had no trouble using the device once I realized that one should use only a minimal amount of lubrication (Vaseline). Otherwise, slippage occurs to the right or left, rather than keeping centered.

Using one hand on the rollers initially helps to keep things centered. Furthermore, squeezing the rollers with one hand while clamping and pulling out with the other, gives a very intense jelq.

Perhaps I should mention that, based on the picture of your device posted on your website, I constructed a similar device and used it for a few days before yours arrived, thus I had some practice before yours arrived.

It worked, but not anywhere as efficiently and effectively as your well-made device. You are right that the secret is in the roller padding and the overall construction of the rollers.

In my opinion, the price is very fair, considering the difficulty in producing an equally effective device, and considering the time involved.

Phew! Just received my JELQ in the mail last Thursday and have been using it each weekday since then and I've gotta say one thing about it. Excellent!

It's an excellent device to say the least, it was bigger than I thought it would be judging by the pictures shown on the site.

But, it is very well-constructed and very sturdy and would last a lifetime perhaps not the rollers though.

I used it for the first time last Thursday and it took a little getting used to at first, the coordination of the device and the movement takes a couple of sessions to adapt. My hands & arms do not get tired at all now like they often did and creating a very high amount of pressure is done with ease.

After I had completed a 15-min session my cock was so much fuller and thicker than it ever had been, the amount of pressure you can get is just amazing! Even after the weekend of rest I were still looking bigger than usual compared to jelqing by hand.

And right now I reckon I am getting girth sooo easily now that it's just not funny!

I do have a JELQ. The product is awesome, you just have to put in a little practice, a few workouts and you'll get the hang of it.

I also modified mine by slightly bending one of the rollers and keeping the other straight and the effect has gone up at least 25 percent.

The donut effect you guys talk about when jelqing or power squeezes, or pumping, I get them with the pj.

My normal girth was 5 in, I've been pjing a little over 2 weeks now, and I'm damn near 5 1/4. I do 125 strokes every other day and it takes about 1.5 hrs because I go so slow and perfect on each stroke.

I got into this because a girl in college made me feel insecure, so I started doing this, and its paying off.

I expect to hit 6 in by the end of December.

I wanted to provide you with a follow up on my experience with the JELQ device.

For the last week (except for Saturday) I have been using the JELQ every night in the shower.

I know that it says I should start slow, but I figured that I have been jelqing for a while now, so I can jump right in.

The first time I used it was really awkward. it kept slipping off as I was trying to stroke. But, I slowed down my stroke and started using two hands, and after a while I was able to consistently do the exercise with only one hand.

I think he key is to use only a small amount of lubrication, and to absolutely be at about 65-70% erect while using it.

After my first workout I was hanging considerably larger and my penis was completely exhausted. What amazed me was that I got the red spots (I hadn't had these in a while with manual jelqing) not only on the head, but also all along the shaft of my unit.

I have now done 5 good workouts and my cock has never felt so large and strong. Its like the results I got when I first got a Bowflex at home - almost an instant difference.

I also noticed that my endurance was much better, that is that it stayed harder longer than normal. I don't know if all of this is because of the device, but I will be the first to say that this is a quality product and well worth the money. I am now keeping it in my shower, I figure even if someone sees it they won't know what it is for :)
