The quickest ways I've found to deflate yourself is to take you mind off what you're doing for a while. Find something to watch on TV, preferebly rather staid (I like CSPAN) and pace around (this gets the blood flowing away from your equipment.
After so long your PE related erections should be more under control. I am much improved, but not there fully.
