You asked a simple question and people gave you a simple answer by voting. What else did you want?
PM and Hanging. Has worked well for me.
ProMALE and the likes. Weight hangers are short burst with weights not an All Day Stretcher.
PM because not only is it effective, but convenient for people who have hours of seated paper or computer work to do from home or the office (if it's not filled with people).
I tell newbs all the time that you cant complain about not seeing results as fast as some of us because most of us use the PM.
PM because it has given me great gains so far and also cause I haven't given a pure-manual program a try...
I think it's really interesting to see though, how oppinions about the PM or the likes vary from GREAT to SCAM... Kinda depends on the forum too I think... ??
PM. Because, I think continuos light stretch results in more tissues elasticity and new cells in tissues grows. There is scientific background behind this. These are my theoretic thoughts. I use only hand stretch, practically. When PM comes, I will try theory in practice.
